Michael Colvard, MD, FACS, FICS, is a 1973-graduate of Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. His postgraduate training includes his internship served at Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts (1973-1974), as well as his ophthalmology residency and eye surgery fellowship performed at the Mayo Clinic in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Dr. Colvard is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and Fellow of the International College of Surgeons.
